This product is a powder adhesive made from high hardness graded sand specially selected from high-grade Portland cement and professionally formulated additives such as anti sagging and water retention factors. After the product hardens, the special polymer forms a film in the cement mortar, greatly improving the bonding strength and flexibility of the product. It is a high-quality product with high strength and high performance, suitable for the bonding of indoor and outdoor high demand surface materials such as tiles, stones, mosaics, etc. It can also be used for interface enhancement and refurbishment.

Construction method
Base treatment
The base layer should be solid, clean, free from shaking, oil stains, wax stains, concrete curing agents, and other loose materials. Before construction, it is necessary to wet the base layer to a dry outside and wet inside state in areas with high water absorption or in high-temperature and dry environments. The flatness of the base layer should be ensured to be no more than 3mm/2m. If the requirements cannot be met, leveling should be carried out first or a scraper with a larger tooth depth should be selected during construction.
Preparation of adhesive slurry
Add an appropriate amount of water to the mixing bucket and slowly add the powder while stirring. The mixing ratio is 40kg of powder and 9-10L of water (subject to convenient construction). Stir evenly with an electric mixer until there are no lumps, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and mix thoroughly again before use. It is best to complete the construction within 2 hours.
Ceramic tile pasting
Use a toothed scraper to apply tile adhesive to the base layer, evenly distribute it, and comb it into tooth shaped strips. Apply about 1 square meter each time, and then knead and press the tiles on top during the drying time. The depth of the scraper teeth should consider the flatness of the working surface and the unevenness of the back of the ceramic tiles.
Precautions
The optimal construction temperature should be between 5-35 ℃.
This product does not have waterproof effect. Please use waterproof products if needed.
The base surface must be flat and sturdy, and it is recommended to use the "thin layer construction method".
Ensure the fullness during construction and maintain complete contact between the contact surfaces.
Before solidification, protection must be carried out to avoid outdoor construction in rainy weather, so as not to affect the quality.
This product contains cement ingredients, and attention should be paid to protecting the eyes. In case of contact, it can be washed with plenty of water.

Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 12 months.
