Joint filling should be carried out after the adhesive has completely dried and solidified. Clean the tile joints to make them clean, and fill at least 2/3 of the thickness of the tile joints. It is best to clean them before the adhesive has completely dried and solidified. In high temperature and strong wind weather, it is necessary to wet the joints of porous bricks with clean water.
Product preparation
Add an appropriate amount of water to the mixing bucket and slowly add the powder while stirring. The mixing ratio is about 8 liters of water per bag of 40 kilograms of sealant. (Based on the convenience of construction). Mix with an electric mixer until there are no lumps, let it sit for 3 minutes, and mix thoroughly again before use. It is best to complete the construction within 2 hours.
Joint filling construction
Use a rubber scraper to fill the joints with the prepared grout, remove excess grout from the surface, and when the grout is not yet dry, use a scraper diagonally to remove excess grout.
