Product Briefing
This product uses high-quality Portland cement, with optimized gradation of aggregates and an appropriate amount of polymers, accurately proportioned. After mixing with water on site, it can be used for leveling the bottom layer of the base surface. It is suitable for all dry and wet areas of the indoor base surface, such as walls, columns, floors, etc.

Construction technology
The base should be solid, clean, and free of visible water, with no sand or powder on the surface. The holes in front should be sealed and repaired in advance.
Open the packaging and pour the powder into a container that has been weighed with water (5.5-6 kilograms of water is required for each 40 kilogram bag). Use a blender to mix it into a gel like sand. It is recommended to let it stand for 3 minutes after mixing, and then mix again for better material construction condition.
Use a scraper or spatula for regular scraping, and the next step should be carried out after the previous step has dried completely.
After the construction of the mortar, it needs to be cured for 7 days until the interior is completely dry before proceeding with the subsequent surface construction.

1.5kg/m2/mm (actual usage depends on the roughness of the base surface, environmental factors, etc.)
Precautions
The construction environment temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃.
Before construction, the floating ash on the surface of the base layer must be removed, and it is advisable to sprinkle water to wet it.
Before construction, the holes and grooves in the base layer should be filled and leveled with plastering mortar.
Before setting and hardening, plastering mortar should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, water, impact, and vibration.
Adopting the thin pasting method for construction to avoid a decrease in bonding performance due to excessive thickness.
After the construction is completed, it is advisable to maintain it under moist conditions.
The thickness of interior wall construction should not exceed 20mm, and the thickness of aerated concrete block construction should not exceed 15mm.
Plastering should be carried out in layers, and the thickness of each layer of this product should be 8-10mm. The next layer should be applied after the previous layer is 60-70% dry.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 6 months.
