Construction technology
Base treatment
The base should be flat, sturdy, dry, free from oil stains, unevenness, honeycombing, rough surfaces, and peeling. Repair and level the cracks and unevenness on the base layer, and reinforce the loose base layer with a reinforcing agent.

First, pour the liquid into a clean container and stir with an electric mixer while adding the powder, stirring evenly. Metering shall be carried out as required. The ratio of lotion to powder is 1:3.3 (weight ratio), and the mixture ratio of liquid and powder shall not be changed arbitrarily. The prepared waterproof slurry should be uniform, without lumps or sediment. The pre mixed waterproof slurry should be used up within 2 hours and should not be used after hardening.
Construction of detailed additional waterproof layer
The internal corners and pipe root areas should be treated with a sealing agent for arc wiping, and then coated with waterproof coating once; Lay the reinforcing fabric of the tire body before the paint dries, and the reinforcing fabric of the tire body should be laid tightly without wrinkles or curled edges; Cover the reinforcing fabric of the tire body with a coating to ensure that the coating is evenly applied and the fabric is not exposed.
Large scale coating waterproofing construction
Before painting construction, the base layer should be fully moistened, but there should be no visible water. The construction should be applied in multiple layers, and the second layer can only be applied after each layer is dry (4-6 hours). The direction of painting should be perpendicular to the direction of the first layer. The waterproof coating should be fully applied, evenly distributed, and without any omissions.
Maintenance and acceptance
After the last waterproof coating is completely dry, the coating should be cured for no less than 48 hours, and then a closed water test should be conducted. The recommended closed water time is 24 hours, and if there are no leaks, it is considered qualified.
Reference amount
1.5-2.3kg/m2, with a coating thickness of 1.5mm (the actual amount used depends on the purpose, coating part, surface roughness, environmental factors, etc.)
Precautions
The base layer should be flat, solid, clean, free of floating ash and oil stains, and the water absorbing base layer must be pre treated.
Strictly follow the product instructions for ingredients and do not mix with cement or other additives.
The construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃, and it is difficult to carry out construction on rainy days or when there is visible water on the base layer.
The waterproof coating must be completely dried before surface decoration construction can be carried out. The drying time should not be less than 48 hours, and it should be appropriately extended in humid environments.
This product contains cement ingredients, and attention should be paid to protecting the eyes. In case of contact, it can be washed with plenty of water.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 12 months for barrel products and 12 months for bagged products.
