Product Briefing
This product is a two-component vitrified tile back glue composed of powder and liquid additives. It uses high-quality inorganic bonding materials, introduces high permeability and high bonding polymer lotion, which is used for the treatment of the back of vitrified tiles, improves the bonding strength between vitrified tiles and bonding materials, and solves the problems such as hollowing and falling off of vitrified tiles due to low water absorption.

Construction method
Brick material processing
Before painting, wipe the back of the tiles clean with a damp cloth to remove any substances that may affect the bonding, such as release powder, oil stains, and protective agents. The release agent on the back of the tiles must be cleaned thoroughly.
Material mixing
Estimate the material usage in advance based on the construction area, add the liquid material to the mixing bucket, and slowly add the powder material (powder: liquid=3:1) while mixing. Use an electric mixer to mix evenly without clumping, let it sit for 3 minutes, and then mix thoroughly again before use. The mixed slurry should be used up within 2 hours (25 ℃, 50%). Semi cured materials are strictly prohibited from being mixed with water again or mixed with new materials for use.
Construction operation
Use a brush to evenly apply a layer on the back of the brick, avoiding exposing the bottom. The thickness is about 1mm. After it dries and solidifies, use ordinary ceramic tile adhesive for bonding.

1. 2kg/㎡ (actual usage depends on substrate flatness and scraping thickness)
Precautions
The construction environment temperature should be between 5-35 ℃, humidity should be less than 85%, and outdoor construction is prohibited on rainy and snowy days.
This product contains cement, which may cause skin allergies. It is best to wear gloves when operating.
Transportation and storage
During transportation, avoid exposure to rain, direct sunlight, cold, and collisions; When the temperature is below 5 ℃, insulation measures should be taken. It should be stored in a cool and dry place at a temperature above 0 ℃.
Storage period: 12 months.
