Construction method
Gap pre-treatment
Before construction, keep the gaps and surroundings of the tiles clean, dry, sturdy, free of floating dust and dirt. Before the construction of old brick joints, the filling material in the joints should be removed to a depth of not less than 3mm, and the floating ash in the joints should be cleaned with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
Ceramic tile protection (optional)
Ceramic tiles with rough surfaces must be protected with tape. For decorative tiles with low surface strength, it is recommended to apply floor wax. Glazed tiles or polished tiles with high degree of vitrification can be directly applied. During the construction of tile protection, adhesive paper or decorative paper tape should be pasted on both sides of the gap. The protective tape at the cross joint should be cut and trimmed with an art knife, and the tape fracture should be smooth and flat without burrs.
Mix out glue
Pull out the sealing plug, tighten the mixing screw, and correctly install the grout on the dedicated glue gun. Pull the glue gun to extrude the product and mix it inside the mixing screw, then flow out from the screw port. To ensure the uniformity of the grout mixture, the initial 30cm product extruded from each pipe of grout should be discarded before filling the joints. If the gap is wide, a utility knife can be used to cut the adhesive outlet at the end of the mixing screw at a 45 ° angle along the adhesive direction before filling the adhesive.

The extruded grout adhesive strip should be continuously and uniformly filled in the gaps of the ceramic tiles.
Squeeze and absorb light
After filling the gaps of a certain area with adhesive, use a finishing ball to smooth and flatten along the brick joints, and ensure that the grout in the gaps is completely disconnected from the surrounding residual adhesive, without adhesion, which is conducive to cleaning the residual adhesive. For the brick joints in the corners that cannot be touched by the finishing ball, use fingers to cover them and smooth them out.
Residual glue cleaning
Unprotected brick surface construction process: After the adhesive strip is fully cured (depending on the ambient temperature, usually 6-12 hours), use a shovel to remove the residual adhesive around the gap and complete the construction.
Precautions
The construction environment temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃.
Construction can only be carried out after the brick joints are completely dry.
Construction techniques should be selected in advance for trial construction at corners that do not affect aesthetics, and large-scale construction can only be carried out after the final appearance meets the requirements.
When extruding materials, do not pile them up in small containers in large quantities to prevent solidification and heat release, reduce usage time and cleaning time.
During adhesive construction, avoid working in humid and rainy weather or in environments with humidity greater than 80%. Within 48 hours after construction, avoid contact with moisture and humid air with humidity greater than 80% (it is recommended to close doors and windows and wait for them to fully harden for 48 hours before opening windows for ventilation).
After filling the gaps in the adhesive process, it is necessary to press the joints in a timely manner. The interval between pressing should not be too long, preferably within 30 minutes,
Each group of products is equipped with blank mixing screws, and it is not allowed to install used mixing screws on newly opened materials for construction.

It depends on the size and thickness of the ceramic tiles used for filling.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 12 months.
