Product Briefing
This product is a two-component interface treatment material that can enhance the bonding strength between cement mortar and walls (ceramic tile walls, concrete walls, brick walls, aluminum formwork walls, etc.), improve the bonding ability between newly applied putty or mortar and base materials, avoid hollowing and peeling of the plaster layer, and can replace manual chiseling treatment process.

Construction method
Base treatment
Ensure that the walls are fully dry, and that concrete and plastered walls have sufficient curing periods. The base surface should be clean, free of looseness and dust. Oil, moss, carpet glue, etc. should be removed. Loose and cracked parts should be chiseled and repaired in advance. The damaged tiles should be repaired with cement mortar first. The wall humidity should be below 10%.
Interface agent preparation
Add all the powder into the liquid material bucket, and do not add any other materials. After stirring evenly, let it stand for 10 minutes and stir again to start construction.
Brushing and drying
Use a roller or brush to apply the slurry onto the base surface, without missing the brush, and then let the surface dry (about 12 hours).
Reference amount
0.35-0.5kg/㎡ per pass (actual usage depends on substrate flatness and construction thickness)
Precautions
The suitable ambient temperature for construction is 5 ℃ -35 ℃, and the humidity is less than 85%.
Estimate the material usage in advance based on the construction area, and the mixed slurry should be used up within 1 hour (25 ℃, 50%). Half cured materials are strictly prohibited from being mixed with water again or mixed with new materials for use.
Once the coating is completely dry, putty or plastering can begin.
The solidified slurry is difficult to remove, and after using the tool, it should be cleaned with water as soon as possible.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water. The storage temperature of lotion is above 0 ℃.
Storage period: 12 months for barrel products and 6 months for bagged products.
