Construction method
Before applying the plastering mortar, it is necessary to check whether the flatness of the insulation layer meets the requirements and whether the treatment of the board joints is reasonable.
First, add an appropriate amount of water to the mixer, then slowly add the powder and stir thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until the slurry is uniform. (Reference ratio powder: water=1:0.20-0.25)
Evenly apply the plastering mortar on the insulation layer, then lay the mesh cloth and smooth the mortar. When laminating a layer of mesh cloth, the thickness of the plastering mortar should be controlled within 3-5mm. When laminating two layers of mesh cloth, the thickness of the plastering mortar should be controlled within 5-7mm.
Reference amount
1.5kg/m2/mm (actual usage depends on the roughness of the base surface, environmental factors, etc.)
Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is ≤ 85%, the wind speed is not greater than level 5, and protective measures must be taken during rainy and winter construction.
The mixed mortar should be used within 2 hours, and it is strictly prohibited to add water to the dried mortar for mixing.
It is strictly prohibited to add cement, sand, and other additives without authorization.
Attention should be paid to moisture, rain, and sun protection during transportation and storage.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 6 months.
