Product Briefing
This product uses high-quality ordinary Portland cement as the binding material, natural high-quality sand as the aggregate, and is refined through standard production processes with inorganic active fillers, anti cracking short fibers, and polymer bonding materials. It can be used for filling and pre leveling of concrete shear walls and block walls after interface roughening.

Suitable for building wall plastering and leveling projects, especially suitable for plastering aluminum mold walls, industrial plants, and underground garage walls.

Construction technology
The base should be solid, clean, and free of visible water, with no sand or powder on the surface. The holes in front should be sealed and repaired in advance.
Open the packaging and pour the powder into a container that has been weighed with water (refer to the ratio of powder: water=3.5~4:1, whichever is convenient for construction). Use a mixer to mix it into a gelatinous sand shape. It is recommended to let it stand for 3 minutes after mixing, and then mix again for better construction condition of the material.
Use a scraper or spatula for regular scraping, and the next step should be carried out after the previous step has dried completely.
After mortar construction, it needs to be cured for 7 days until the interior is completely dry before applying putty and coating on the surface.

1.5kg/m2/mm (actual usage depends on the roughness of the base surface, environmental factors, etc.)
Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃, and the relative humidity is ≤ 85%.
The mixed mortar should be used within 2 hours, and it is strictly prohibited to add water to the dried mortar for mixing.
If scraping on the surface of concrete walls or ceramic tile adhesive, it is necessary to perform interface treatment on the smooth base surface in advance before leveling construction.
For the base layer with high water absorption rate, it is necessary to apply interface agent or wet it with water before construction.
This product does not belong to the mortar supporting the insulation system, and it is not recommended to use it with the insulation system.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 6 months.
