Dingli Interior Wall Leveling Gypsum is a bottom leveling gypsum used for interior wall decoration. The product has the advantages of good workability, no shrinkage, good crack resistance, high strength, and fast drying speed. Scope of application

Construction method
The base layer should be solid, clean, and free of visible water. The strength of the base layer should be greater than or close to the strength of putty. For the base layer with strong water absorption, it should be moistened with clean water or sprayed with interface agent for bottom sealing treatment before scraping and leveling the gypsum.
Newly plastered cement walls should be coated with putty after the curing period.
First add water, then pour in the powder. According to construction habits, stir thoroughly until a uniform paste is formed. Let it stand for 10 minutes and stir again until evenly mixed before use.
Use a steel scraper or spatula to scrape as usual, and do not scrape too many times. Usually, scrape twice, and the second coating can only be applied after the previous coating has dried completely. Single batch scraping thickness of 3.0-10mm.
After leveling the gypsum and drying it, there is no need to polish it, and fine putty can be applied.
Reference amount
6-8kg/cm ² (calculated based on a leveling thickness of 5mm, actual usage depends on wall flatness and scraping thickness)
Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃, and the relative humidity is ≤ 85%.
This product should be used within 1 hour after being formulated into a paste to avoid affecting its workability after hardening.
The thickness of a single construction should not be less than 3mm to avoid powder loss due to rapid water loss.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 6 months.
