Construction technology
Base treatment
The base should be flat, sturdy, dry, free from oil stains, unevenness, honeycombing, rough surfaces, and peeling. Repair and level the cracks and unevenness on the base layer, and reinforce the loose base layer with a reinforcing agent.

Mix one bag of liquid material with one bag of powder material. First, pour the liquid material into the mixing bucket and slowly add the powder material while stirring. Use an electric mixer to stir until it is uniform and free of lumps.
Construction of detailed additional waterproof layer
The internal corners and pipe root areas should be treated with a sealing agent for arc wiping, and then coated with waterproof coating once; Lay the reinforcing fabric of the tire body before the paint dries, and the reinforcing fabric of the tire body should be laid tightly without wrinkles or curled edges; Cover the reinforcing fabric of the tire body with a coating to ensure that the coating is evenly applied and the fabric is not exposed.
Large scale coating waterproofing construction
Before painting construction, the base layer should be fully moistened, but there should be no visible water. The construction should be applied in multiple layers, and the second layer can only be applied after each layer is dry (4-6 hours). The direction of painting should be perpendicular to the direction of the first layer. The waterproof coating should be fully applied, evenly distributed, and without any omissions.
Maintenance and acceptance
After the last waterproof coating is completely dry, the coating should be cured for no less than 48 hours, and then a closed water test should be conducted. The recommended closed water time is 24 hours, and if there are no leaks, it is considered qualified.
Reference amount
2.0-2.4kg/㎡/mm, the coating thickness should reach 1.5mm (the actual amount depends on the purpose, coating part, surface roughness, environmental factors, etc.)
Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. Outdoor construction is prohibited on days with strong winds or rainy or snowy weather.
Construction should not be carried out in a damp and unventilated environment, otherwise it will affect the film-forming effect.
The prepared slurry must be used up within 1 hour. It is strictly prohibited to add water during the painting process. Only after the coating is completely dry and solid can the finishing construction be carried out.
Do not step on it within 24 hours after construction is completed, and pay attention to protecting the waterproof layer from damage.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water. The storage temperature of lotion is above 0 ℃.
Storage period: 12 months.
