Product Briefing
This product is a two-component polymer modified cement-based waterproof coating, which is made of high molecular polymer lotion as raw material and selected a variety of additives. After painting, a layer of highly elastic waterproof adhesive film can be formed on the surface. This adhesive film has good bonding strength on concrete and mortar, and can permanently and firmly integrate with them, preventing water infiltration and achieving good waterproof effect.

Scope of application

Base treatment
The base should be flat, sturdy, dry, free from oil stains, unevenness, honeycombing, rough surfaces, and peeling. Repair and level the cracks and unevenness of the base layer, use reinforcement agents to treat loose base layers, and perform leak sealing treatment at leakage points first.

According to the mixing ratio requirement (liquid: powder=1:1.33), slowly pour the powder into the liquid material and stir thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until the slurry is stirred into a uniform gel without lumps.
construction
Before painting, the base layer should be fully moistened, but there should be no visible water. Use a brush or roller to evenly apply the mixed slurry on the base surface to be painted. Generally, it needs to be painted two to three times, and the construction time interval for each coat should be based on the previous layer being dry and not sticky to the hand. The painting direction should be perpendicular to the direction of the previous coat.
Reference amount
Brush two to three times at a rate of 1.8-2.0kg/㎡ (actual usage depends on the purpose, brushing area, surface roughness, environmental factors, etc.)
Precautions
The construction temperature is between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. Outdoor construction is prohibited on days with strong winds or rainy or snowy weather.
Construction should not be carried out in a damp and unventilated environment, otherwise it will affect the film-forming effect.
The prepared waterproof coating must be used within 40 minutes, and it is strictly prohibited to add water during the painting process.
Do not step on it within 24 hours after construction is completed, and pay attention to protecting the waterproof layer from damage.
Transportation and storage
Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 12 months for barrel products and 6 months for bagged products.
