Scope of application
Suitable for indoor concrete, cement mortar, and polymer cement waterproof coatings.
Suitable for indoor wall pasting of polished tiles, vitrified tiles, antique tiles, etc. with a water absorption rate of ≥ 0.2% and a single area of ≤ 800x800mm.

Construction method
Base treatment
Clean the floating ash and loose layer on the wall with a flat shovel, and there should be no oil stains or oily release agents that are not conducive to tile adhesion.
After the completion of the concrete surface, it should be cured for at least 28 days before laying.
The newly plastered surface should be cured for at least 7 days before laying.
Old concrete and plaster surfaces can be cleaned with industrial detergents or degreasers, and then rinsed clean with high-pressure faucets. The surface can only be laid after drying for 24 hours.
For substrates with high water absorption or in high temperature and dry environments, it is best to wet the base surface to a dry outside and wet inside state before construction.
Brick material processing
Before painting, wipe the back of the tile with a damp cloth to remove any substances that may affect the bonding, such as release powder, oil stains, and protective agents. The release agent on the back of the tile must be cleaned thoroughly.
Material mixing
Estimate the material usage in advance based on the construction area, add clean water to the mixing bucket, and slowly add powder (powder: clean water ratio is about 4:1~5:1) while mixing. Use an electric mixer to mix evenly without clumping, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and then mix thoroughly again before use.
Construction operation
Use a toothed scraper to evenly apply the tile adhesive onto the base surface, with a maximum area of 1 square meter each time. Then, use a toothed scraper to evenly apply a layer of tile adhesive on the back of the tile, and finally stick the tile onto the base surface.
Precautions
The construction environment temperature should be between 5-35 ℃.
Ceramic tiles do not need to be soaked in water. If soaked, the back of the tiles must be dried before laying.
The mixed mortar should not be left for too long, and it is best to complete the construction within 2 hours.
It is strictly prohibited to mix water with the dried adhesive after mixing and reuse.
It is strictly prohibited to add other materials to change the ratio and performance of ceramic tile adhesive.
It is recommended to use the product all at once after opening.
Reference amount
The theoretical consumption is about 1.5kg per square meter with a thickness of 1mm, and the actual consumption will be adjusted according to the paving situation.
Transportation and storage
During transportation, avoid rain and sun exposure and keep the packaging intact. Store in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and strictly prohibit contact with water.
Storage period: 12 months.
