Yawa powerful ceramic tile adhesive backing (two-component) This product is a two-component ceramic tile backing prepared by a certain proportion of environmental friendly polymer lotion as liquid material and inorganic powder composed of inorganic binder, various fillers and additives. This product is suitable for the back treatment of vitrified tiles, marble, and natural stone. It can buffer the stress caused by shrinkage between the tile adhesive and vitrified tiles, stone, and other materials, and play a good transitional role in the bonding between the tile adhesive and vitrified tiles, stone, etc. It can effectively reduce hollowing, reduce the risk of tile falling, and improve the bonding strength.

Construction method
Brick material processing
Before construction, remove floating dust, oil stains, release agents and other impurities that affect the bonding on the back of the tiles to ensure that the back of the tiles is clean, free of oil stains and dust.
Material mixing
Estimate the material usage in advance based on the construction area, add the liquid material to the mixing bucket, and slowly add the powder material (powder: liquid=3:1) while mixing. Use an electric mixer to mix evenly without clumping, let it sit for 3 minutes, and then mix thoroughly again before use. The mixed slurry should be used up within 2 hours. Semi cured materials are strictly prohibited from being mixed with water or new materials before use.
Construction operation
Apply the prepared backing adhesive evenly on the back of the tiles without any omissions. Dry the painted tiles for about 24 hours, depending on the actual situation. Wait for the backing adhesive to completely dry before using Yawa tile adhesive for tile laying operation.
Reference amount
The theoretical consumption is about 1-1.5 ㎡/kg, and the specific amount depends on the tiles.
Precautions
The construction environment temperature must be between 5-35 ℃.
Keep the painted surface clean and dry.
Powder and liquid materials need to be thoroughly mixed.
The prepared slurry must be used up within 2 hours.
It is strictly prohibited to add other products to this product or alter its performance.
The coating should be evenly applied without any omissions.
This product works better when paired with Yawa tile adhesive.
Transportation and storage
During transportation, avoid rain and sun exposure and keep the packaging intact. It shall be stored in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent moisture. It is strictly prohibited to contact with water. The storage temperature of lotion shall be above 0 ℃.
Storage period: 12 months.
